Sinus and endoscopic skull base workshop: Monday 2nd to Wednesday 4th December 2019 (see timetable below)

Code of conduct

All staff and delegates will be asked to sign the Anatomy Department Code of Conduct before starting the course.

 

Housekeeping

Coffee/tea will provided for morning and afternoon breaks in the Skills Centre.

Lunch will be taken in the Innovation Cafe in the incubator building.

 

Evaluation

Delegates are kindly requested to complete evaluation forms daily
Evaluation forms are extremely important for ongoing CPD approval – last 2 courses awarded 24 and 28 CPD points respectively
Certificates will be provided at the close of day 3 following completion of evaluation forms
